DBFHUK partnered with Nurture Academy to deliver an accessible Hair Braiding Workshop for Deaf adults in Hackney. Participants learned practical braiding skills with professional BSL interpretation in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

We are proud to share that the Deaf Black Friendly Hub UK (DBFHUK) Welcome Reception , held on 7 March 2026 at Wyke Community Centre , was a great success.
