DBFHUK Welcome Reception - A Great Success

Updated: Mar 14

We are proud to share that the Deaf Black Friendly Hub UK (DBFHUK) Welcome Reception, held on 7 March 2026 at Wyke Community Centre, was a great success.

Around 60 people attended the event, bringing together members of the Deaf Black community and supporters for an evening of connection, celebration, and community spirit.

We would like to thank everyone who came and supported the event. Your presence helped make this a special moment for DBFHUK.

We are currently waiting for our volunteer photographer/filmmaker, Njoura, who will meet with us this Friday to provide the full set of photos and videos from the event.

Once we receive them, we will share the highlights on our website and social media.

Thank you for supporting Deaf Black Friendly Hub UK.
